The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of post-operative dienogest (visanna) managment in dosage of 2 mg continiously on the rate of recurrence after laparoscopic excision of ovarian endometrioma. For this purpose we introduced a ‘post-operative dienogest recommendation’ for patients treated with laparoscopic excision of endometrioma and not seeking pregnancy. The endometrioma recurrence rate and clinical signs and severity were evaluated at 3 and 6 moths of post operative follow-up. This research showed effectiveness of the usage of dienogest in order to prevent post-operative recurrence of endometiotic cysts.

Проведено обследование у 37 пациенток с эндометриомой, получивших хирургическое лечение с последующим лечением диеногестом в дозе 2 мг (препарат «Визанна»). Обследование пациенток проводилось через 3 и 6 месяцев после назначения «Визанны». Как через 3, так и через 6 месяцев у всех пациенток отмечалось отсутствие рецидива эндометриомы. Проведенное нами исследование показало эффективность использования диеногеста в дозе 2 мг («Визанна») с целью профилактики рецидива эндометриомы.
