The article deals with the issues of the organization and activities of the Samara District Court in the second half of the XIX century. The implementation problems of the judicial reform of 1864 in the concrete historical socio-cultural space are considered on the basis of published and archival materials; common features and the specifics of judicial institutions activities in the Samara province are highlighted.
Статья посвящена вопросам организации и деятельности Самарского окружного суда во второй половине XIX в. На основе опубликованных и архивных материалов рассматриваются проблемы реализации судебной реформы 1864 г. в конкретно-историческом социокультурном пространстве, выделяются общие черты и специфика деятельности судебных институтов на территории Самарской губернии.
