Representatives of this family have a high proinflammatory activity. Th17 cells were revealed 5 years ago and have since been subjected to intense scrutiny. There are studies that show Th17 and produced cytokines involve in the pathogenesis of inflammatory, allergic and autoimmune diseases, as well as protect against extracellular microbes and parasites. The article concerns the questions of phenotype, the origin, mechanisms of initiation, the regulation of development and differentiation, the biological activity of interleukin17.</p>
В статье освящены вопросы фенотипа, происхождения, механизмов инициации, регуляции развития и дифференцировки, биологической активности интерлейкина-17.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>interleukin17</kwd><kwd>Th17 cells</kwd><kwd>proinflammatory cytokines</kwd><kwd>autoimmune disease</kwd><kwd>rheumatoid arthritis</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>интерлейкин-17</kwd><kwd>Тh-17-клетки</kwd><kwd>провоспалительные цитокины</kwd><kwd>аутоиммунные заболевания</kwd><kwd>ревматоидный артрит</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Cua DJ, Sherlock J, Chen Y.
