women) with a paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (AF), who were performed radiofrequency ablation of pulmonary vein (RFA PV). Depending on the presence or absence of recurrence within 3 to 6 months after RFA all patients were divided into 2 groups. 22 people (61%) received warfarin, dabigatran was received by 14 people (39%) as an anticoagulant. Dabigatran in a daily dosage of 220 mg and 300 mg provided a comparable clinical effect preventing thromboembolic complications in patients after RFA PV. Preoperative examination shows that patients with a low risk of recurrence within 6 months after the RFA PV may be recommended dabigatran at a daily dose of 220 mg.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В исследование включено 36 пациентов (25 мужчин и 11 женщин) с пароксизмальной фибрилляцией предсердий (ФП), которым выполнена радиочастотная абляция легочных вен (РЧА ЛВ). По критерию наличия или отсутствия рецидива в сроки от 3 до 6 месяцев после РЧА пациенты были разделены на 2 группы. В качестве антикоагулянта варфарин получали 22 человека (61 %), дабигатран - 14 человек (39 %). Прием дабигатрана в суточной дозировке 220 мг и 300 мг обеспечивал сопоставимый клинический эффект профилактики тромбоэмболических осложнений у пациентов после РЧА ЛВ.
