However, the evidence base is small and contradictory. The article presents a review of key studies on the topic, arguing the use of CgA in patients with EH.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Новейшие клинические исследования демонстрируют возможность использования гликопротеина хромогранина А не только для диагностики нейроэндокринных опухолей и вторичной артериальной гипертензии, но и в качестве маркера сердечно-сосудистого риска гипертонической болезни и ассоциированных с ней заболеваний, однако доказательная база мала и противоречива.
