New method of skin neoplasms diagnosics is suggested. Objective of the research is to develop a new method of early non-invasive differential diagnostics of skin neoplasms. The results of resonance Raman spectroscopy of human skin neoplasms in vitro and in vivo are analyzed. The article demonstrates that this method of original two-stage phase analysis of obtained parameters possesses high sensitivity and specificity scores. Conclusions: new technique of early non-invasive skin neoplasms diagnosis is suggested.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье приведены сведения об эпидемиологии меланомы кожи, анализ методов диагностики. Представлен первый опыт применения нового метода диагностики опухолей кожи. Цель исследования - разработать новый метод ранней неинвазивной дифференциальной диагностики новообразований кожи. Проанализированы результаты спектроскопии комбинированного рассеяния (КР) опухолей кожи человека in vitro и in vivo. Показано, что КР с оригинальным двухэтапным фазовым анализом параметров обладает высокими показателями чувствительности и специфичности.
