This literature review aims to analyze current data on the prevalence, risk factors, clinical consequences, diagnostic principles, and modern treatment methods for postoperative hematuria in urological patients, with an emphasis on recent data and clinically significant trends. The study included a search of studies from January 2017 to May 2026 in the eLibrary, PubMed, Google Scholar, Web of Science, and Scopus databases.</p>
