Abstract
Carrying out of cytologic, immunologic and microbiologic control allows evaluating the
course of wound process at patients with hernioplasty using MASH technologies. Increase
rate of lymphocytes, macrophagocytes, revealing pathogenic microorganisms and Candidas,
decrease rate of immunoglobulin M, CD4+ indicates about development of complications in
wound. That has an influence on treatment tactics in postoperative period.
