Аннотация

Раскрыто этиопатогенетическое и клиническое значение интраабдоминальной компрессии, кардиоваскулярной дезадаптапции и кардиоренального континуума в развитии преэклампсии (ПЭ). Представлены методы прогнозирования и ранней диагностики ПЭ как проявления интраабдоминальной компрессии и кардиоваскулярной дезадаптапции, основанные на допплерометрии вен печени, почек беременных. Представлен литературный обзор, дана оценка диагностических маркеров интраабдоминальной компрессии для прогнозирования гестоза.
