THE PROBLEM OF OTHER IN EDMUND HUSSERL «CARTESIAN MEDITATIONS»: NON-CLASSICAL VIA CLASSICAL
Abstract
The article is devoted to the theme of Other (inter-subjectivity) in the phenomenological philosophy of Edmund Husserl. The causes of occurrence of this problem in modern philosophical discourse are highlighted and discussed. The author takes the assumption that the founder of phenomenology tried to analyze the non-classical problem and its solution by means of the European philosophical classics.

THE PROBLEM OF NORMATIVITY IN THE CONTEMPORARY CRITICAL THEORY
Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of normativity in the contemporary critical theory. It analyzes the status of norms and normativity in the Humanities. The article gives a review of the attempts to create normativity within the framework of critical theory directed against instrumental rationality. Three normative models in the contemporary critical theory are put forward - by J. Habermas, K.-O. Apel, and A. Honneth.

ONTOLOGIZATION OF INTUITIVE KNOWLEDGE
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of intuitive knowledge, which has philosophical intentionality. Key philosophical concepts that define ontologization of intuitive cognition are analyzed. The main emphasis of the research is on the study of the systemic status of intuitive knowledge in the history of philosophical thought, as well as the ratio of intuition and intelligence.

THE MODES OF CARE: FROM EVERYDAY LIFE TO ONTOLOGY
Abstract
The ontic and ontological modes of the existence of care are revealed through the analysis of the texts by M. Fuko and M. Heidegger. Representation of care in the ontic mode can be both non-discursive and discursive. Ontology of care in the works of both authors has similar features. Mechanisms of cognition of care are presented in the paper.

IDEAS OF RUSSIAN POSTMODERNISM (BASED ON CONTEMPORARY PHILOSOPHICAL PUBLICISM)
Abstract
The purpose of this work is to analyze the ideas of Russian postmodernism reflected in the publicism. The author relies on the method of philosophical reflection; with the help of historical-genetic method he reveals the origin and development of postmodernism in the Russian philosophical publicism, and also considers the perception of postmodernist concepts in the modern philosophical publicism. As a result, the author determines the main features of Russian postmodernism and distinguishes the important function of philosophical publicism, actualized in the works of Russian publicists, - the function of predicting the future, especially the ways of Russian social and historical development.

PROBLEMS OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE DISSERTATION RESEARCH OVER THE PERIOD 2010-2015. SOCIAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS
Abstract
In the article the actual problems of higher education in Russia were identified on the basis of a number of dissertations for the period 2010-2015. The socio-philosophical analysis and ordering were carried out. As a result, it was found that the most urgent problems are the ones dealing with the prospects of higher education, university management, values, professional self-determination of the youth, and social differentiation of students.

The degree of influence of social changes on the value consciousness of young people is described. PHENOMENON OF THE OTHERNESS OF THE TOPOS ON THE INTERNET: SOCIO-PHILOSOPHIC ANALYSIS
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the Internet within the socio-philosophical domain. Author considers the Web as a new living environment, which influences our society immensely and forms a fragmentary and disintegrated type of information person. In this paper the author brings to light particularities of the false feeling of “belonging” that individuals experience during on-line communication. This phenomenon brings destruction and negative consequences to the everyday life of the person. The main thesis of the article is the “topos virtualization” of the Internet, which lets us consider the Web as an aspect of two-dimensional world deconstruction.

THE PROBLEM OF THE OBJECTIVE ASSESSMENT IN ETHICS AND JURISPRUDENCE
Abstract
In this article the reasons of different proportion of objective and subjective assessment components in the moral and legal consciousness are analyzed. It was found that the main reasons are differences in the range of the impact on the spiritual sphere and on the practical life, specific features of the moral and the law as the forms of spiritual culture.

COMPLEXITY SCIENCES AS A MODERN SCIENTIFIC PARADIGM
Abstract
The article analyzes the characteristics of modern scientific cognition. Such categories as «complexity» and «complex systems» are considered. On the basis of scientific material, it is concluded that there is a need to allocate a new class of complexity sciences, which is based on the principles of system complexity, which are essential for solving actual problems of science and technology.

ONTOGNOSEOLOGY AND «THE FUNDAMENTAL QUESTION OF PHILOSOPHY»
Abstract
The article deals with the problem of theoretical prerequisites and prospects of the «fundamental question of philosophy». The key collisions in the history of philosophy that actualize the “fundamental question of philosophy” in accordance with its Marxist interpretation have been analyzed, and the necessity of its systemic functional is shown. The main emphasis of the study is made on the implications of the dialectical concept of the Soviet philosopher MA. Lifshits, the differences in the characters of its possible reception are revealed. The principle of «distinguo» is considered as a program postulate of ontognoseology. The significance of terminal concepts of completeness, middle and limit for dialectical understanding of actuality is shown.

COLLAPSE OF THE WESTERN CIVILIZATION IN THE EXPERT JUDGMENTS OF JEAN BODRILLAR: HISTORICO-PHILOSOPHICAL ANALYSIS
Abstract
The main thesis characterizing Baudrillard’s creativity comes down to the fact that the western civilization throughout last century made a number of decisive steps in order to reach the highest degree of perfection and to be exempted from factors which could prevent it. According to Baudrillard, for this purpose the “system” begins to push out poverty, diseases, death, labeling all those things which reveal the harsh realities of life as inappropriate and unacceptable. The initial reality more and more recedes facing “hyper-reality”, and the western civilization becomes “hyper-civilization”. There is a substitution of “natural” reality by more attractive forms of reality; the initial sense of things disappears under the pressure of colorable models. With the bourgeoisie eminence as the dominating class, the era of expertocracy and simulacra begins.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of the current state of religious expert evaluation in Russia. The main focus is concentrated on the problem points: lack of unified scientific methodology, ambiguity of the typology, which is still in the process of formation, questions of determinacy of the expert depending upon affiliation with some scientific school. It is offered to solve the specified problems by means of gradual formation of the consolidated expert community united by unified research methodology.

INFLUENCE OF SOCIAL-CULTURAL INSTITUTIONS ON CREATIVITY
Abstract
The paper focuses on the influence of social-cultural institutions on creativity. Basic components of creativity are studied. Development of an individual’s creativity in educational institutions is analyzed. Social-cultural institutions are considered as instruments encouraging creativity. Creativity is analyzed as a stage of the innovative development of society. The author presents comparative analysis of the educational systems in Great Britain and Russia. Centralized and decentralized educational systems are studied and their major characteristics are identified. Technologies encouraging creative thinking in the educational system are described. Emphasis is placed on creativity development in social-cultural institutions and its perspectives.
