Abstract

It is surveyed 107 children with glomerulonephritis, 110 patients with tubulointerstitial nephritis, group of control compose 40 children.
In all patients in the acute period and chronically course of illness, were not revealed reduction of albumin common concentration (ACC) in various degree. A various degree hypoalbuminemia to bind with patogenical various mechanism. A albumin effective concentration (AEC) at all glomerular and tubular pathology reduction too. At glomerulonephritis with nephrotical syndrome were revealed reduction AEC and low meaning of albumin binding reserve (ABR), as cumulating of conformation breach in molecule of albumin. At glomerulonephritis with nephritic syndrome tubulointerstitial defeats a kidney were revealed reduction ABR, what attest of less role of albumin in pathogenesis this diseases.
A low concentration of albumin to make an appearance of condition reduction him ecranical ability, reduction transport and detoxical function of plasma, assisted endogenic intoxication and progressive of disease.
