Abstract
The activity of the corporate territorial medical center located in the Novokuibyshevsk central city hospital of the Samara region is presented as forms of inter-municipal cooperation of medical institutions situated close to each other. The paper shows the economic efficiency, productivity and the population satisfaction of significant medical social work of the corporate Territorial Medical Center.
