Abstract
On the basis of theoretical statements and practical applied aspects of the state institute activities toward danger lowering, there were considered some problems of legal regulation of relations in the sphere of defense providing of critical important for national security infrastructure objectives and population from threats of technical and natural character and terrorist manifestations. Also in this sphere there were proposed some actions of legislative basis improvement.
