Abstract

At the last years on the grounds of given classical morphology and result, got by means
of new methods of the study (the culture of the hutches, molecular genetics), is chosen
group of high grade malignant small round cell tumors neural natures developing in soft
tissue and bone beside child and adult persons of the young age, for indication which is
offered term primitive neuroectodermal tumors (PNET). The problem has more essential
practical importance for undertaking the differential diagnostics abreast formally similar
malignancies (lymfoma, embryonic rhabdomyosarcoma, synovial sarcoma, small cell
osteosarcoma), in connection with than, primitive neuroectodermal tumor, Ewing sarcoma,
cause in histogenetic and clinic-diagnostic attitude special scientifically-practical interest.
On base of the analysis literary data, the example of the own clinical observations to present
morphological, immunogistochemistry feature, criteria of the differential diagnostics and
prognosis of primitive neuroectodermal tumors.
