Abstract
In the article the history of emergence, formation and development of the punishments limiting labor right ability of the condemned is analyzed. The modern criminal and legal policy of our state is directed on extension of the list of the punishments connected with labor influence. The perspective directions of the criminal rules of law improvement concerning the involvement of condemned person to work as an example of two punishments rather new to a domestic law and order - restrictions of freedom and forced hard labor are considered.
